There are two ways to stay at NewTree Ranch: The Estate Villa and The Barn Villa.

1. The Estate Villa is a four-bedroom and four-bath estate villa that sits between two pastures (where horses, goats, and Scottish Highland cows graze) and overlooks rolling green hills.
2. The Barn Villa is a two-bedroom, two-bath, modern barn villa perched above a one-acre garden and flanked by countryside hiking trails and towering Redwoods.

Guests staying in either of the two private villas: The Estate Villa or The Barn Villa have the option to participate in any of the experiences. Guests are encouraged to slow down, relax and enjoy the comforts of their home and the surroundings. Guests who would like to immerse in nature and experience the seasonal farm activities are welcome to join! Some guests love to participate in the daily farm activities such as harvesting their own eggs, arranging their own flowers, picking fruits, harvesting fresh vegetables and many more!

All experiences offered at NewTree Ranch are for staying guests only. Experiences are optional activities the guests can enjoy to have an immersive stay.

The daily farm activities such as harvesting eggs, flower arranging, fruits picking, tea making, hydrosol making, harvesting fresh vegetables, planting and many seasonal farm activities are complimentary. Guest can enjoy the ranch indoor and outdoor facilities too in their leisure time such as spending time with the animals, self-guided yoga & meditation, self-guided forest bathing, ranch tour, hiking trails, biking, paddle boarding, canoeing, and many more!

All guided experiences have an additional cost. Please let us know your preferred experiences so our concierge team can arrange it for you.  Guests are advised to pay experience guides directly. All payments coursed through NewTree Ranch will have a 10% service charge.

All confirmed staying guests will receive an experience menu with the contact information of our preferred guides. The guided experiences are as follows: private chef, massage, bee rewilding, guided yoga & meditation, wine tasting tour, breathe work, sound journey, and guided forest bathing.

The Outdoor Luxury Glamping Tent is an optional experience for guests staying at The Estate Villa. We are not accepting bookings that request only for a stay at The Tent.

All confirmed bookings will receive an experience menu with the contact information and starting rates of the guides. We encourage our guests to book directly with our preferred experience guides as soon as possible to reserve their desire dates of activities.

Some of the guided experiences that guests can arrange and book are as follows: Wine tours, private chef, yoga, meditation, ice bath breathing exercise, forest bathing, sound journey, and more!

The ranch outdoor facilities such as the private lake, farm, and walking/hiking trail are complimentary. Guests can enjoy the self-guided experiences such as biking, forest bathing, yoga, meditation, and others at their own leisure time.
